Account Security Update

Protecting your financial information is a top priority at 705 FCU. To further strengthen account security, we are introducing an enhanced login experience designed to provide stronger protection and greater convenience.
 
Beginning February 19, 2026, security questions will no longer be used when accessing Online or Mobile Banking. Instead, when you log in from a new device, browser, or location, you will receive a One-Time Passcode (OTP) via text message or automated voice call. This passcode will be required to complete your login.
 
This upgraded security feature helps safeguard your account against unauthorized access while simplifying the login process—no more remembering security question answers.
 
To ensure uninterrupted access to your accounts, please verify that your phone number on file is accurate and up to date. You can review and update your contact information through Online or, or by contacting us at (337)232-8450.
